The AzMERIT state standardized testing is coming after Spring Break for all third, fourth, and fifth grade families. All 3-5th grade families will receive a Remind message the week after Spring Break from their teachers with information about how to be prepared for the assessment.
The dates of the test are: 4/18, 4/20, 4/21, 4/25, 4/27
Additionally, Grade 4 will take the AIMS Science test using paper and pencil on April 13th.
Please help us support your child’s success by ensuring a healthy night’s sleep and arrival to school on time. Students should be in their classroom at 8:00 AM.
Grades 3-5 will take the AzMERIT tests in the areas of Reading, Writing and Mathematics. This is a computer-based test. We will provide headphones and headphone covers for our students, but some students may prefer to bring their own for testing. Headphones/ear buds are needed for the AzMERIT Reading, parts 1 and 2 tests.
