VENTANA VISTAS NEWSLETTER Sweetheart Dance Thank you to everyone who attended our first-ever Family Sweetheart Dance on Friday evening. It was a sweet success! Special thanks to our Sweetheart Dance chairs and committee members, Cathie Ashley, Virkine Weitman, Lori Lundberg-Leung and Shannon Murphy!  We appreciate your dedication and countless hours of planning and hard work! Thank you for an amazing evening! The Flores Family and Companies have graciously donated 100% the of the dinner proceeds from the Family Sweetheart Dance back to Ventana Vista! Keep it up, Ventana Vista! Author Visit by Grace Lin Grace Lin will visit our school on Friday, March 10th.  Books will only be sold by preorder only and 10% of our total sales will be donated to our Student Council!  For a  description of Grace Lin's books, click here.  The deadline to order is this Wednesday.
